Share... parenting styles, parenting advice or just an entertaining story!
The joys... are there really words to describe parenting? From parenting styles, parenting tips to just plain exhaustion ~ the conversations never end, (unfortunately, nor does the parenting advice). I've often compared it to being bi-polar with the minute by minute mood swings and all, but seriously...On the flip side, the role itself brings an indescribable richness and fulfillment to life... yes? It's tough not to judge and chime in when a different "style" from yours is observed. It's also close to impossible not to question one's own "good parenting skills" from time to time, (especially with this new overprotective parents trend). But I guess that's where we come in... go ahead and share that tantrum at the mall and how you screamed in the car the whole way home. It feels good, and... it feels good to know you're not the only one. If you haven't already seen this video, it's a must see.. The Parenting Song. come on ~ we'll all laugh with you...
