Your Foundation for Inner Peace; The Bucket List... Got One?
Your Foundation for Inner Peace; Bucket List... Just exactly is this you ask?Well, we've all got a bucket list... Whether it's written down on a folded, yellowing piece of notebook paper or just tucked away in our subconscious, each and every one of has a rundown of all the fun, crazy, memorable, once in a lifetime, spiritual slightly odd adventures and goals we want to do before life calls "time" and if we kick the proverbial bucket. Our bucket lists are right in line with our efforts in finding a peaceful place within ourselves, but so many people just don't get that... Maybe the term itself is just a tad too "tree hugger-ish" or too deep for those manley men? Really, our bucketlist is our hopes, wants, needs and dreams all rolled into a tangible list. Throw in a desire for being mentally and spiritually at peace, with knowledge, forgiveness, comfort with where you are in life, your interactions with family and friends, and you're on your way. Keeping strong in the face of discord or stress, being "at peace" is understood to be the healthy state (a homeostasis place) and the opposite of being stressed or anxious. Peace-of-mind... bliss and happiness. It's what we all want... Yes?
